Centro nazionale di referenza per Anaplasma, Babesia, Rickettsia e Theileria (C.R.A.Ba.R.T.)<\/h3>\n<p>Agente patogeno la rivelazione del DNA viene effettuata su DNA estratto da sangue, tessuto, colture cellulari e campioni di artropodi. Estrazione del DNA pu\u00f2 essere effettuata a partire da freschi o congelati (- 20\u00b0C ) il sangue e tessuti (milza \u00e8 il pi\u00f9 idoneo organo per il rilevamento del patogeno). Artropodi (zecche o pulci) freschi o conservati in 70% di alcol o in acido nucleid reagente conservazione &#8220;RNA seguito &#8221; a temperatura ambiente pu\u00f2 essere analizzata. Pcr vengono eseguite per rivelare il DNA di agenti patogeni appartenenti a Anaplasma, Babesia, rickettsie e Theileria generi. Real Time PCR sono effettuati per A. marginale, B. bovis, B. bigemina e Rickettsias spp. Linea retromarcia blotting viene effettuata per Babesia e Theileria specie nei ruminanti. Il sequenziamento \u00e8 effettuata per confermare la diagnosi e per la specie\/ceppo la digitazione.
